Ro Membrane Housing

This is a specialized, high-pressure vessel designed to safely contain the delicate RO membrane elements during the reverse osmosis process. Constructed from durable materials, typically Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for lower pressures or Stainless Steel (SS) for industrial high-pressure applications, the housing must withstand the substantial internal pressures necessary to force water through the membrane. It is engineered with specific entry and exit ports to separate the incoming feed water, the purified permeate water, and the rejected brine water. The housing is critical for system safety and facilitates easy access for maintenance and membrane replacement.

Features of Ro Membrane Housing

  • Constructed from Fiberglass (FRP) or Stainless Steel (SS).
  • Designed to withstand high operating pressures (e.g., 300 psi to 1200 psi).
  • End-entry or side-entry configurations.
  • Sealed design to direct reject and permeate water flows.

Advantages of Ro Membrane Housing from Aqua Pro Gulf

  • Provides the necessary pressure containment for the RO process to occur.
  • Protects the fragile membrane element from external damage.
  • Durable materials ensure long operational life and safety.
  • Allows for easy maintenance and membrane replacement.
